Group CFO

This is a exciting well funded business, with a turnover of circa £150M that has diversified in recent years and is growing fast in a variety of different consumer facing sectors; including leisure, media licencing, retail and hospitality and now requires a seasoned Finance Director who can manage the day to day detail as well as drive the business strategically with the CEO, both in the UK and internationally.



The ideal candidate will have the gravitas to operate with a wide variety of stakeholders and deliver stellar performance across all areas of the business.



Key responsibilities will include:

The ability to manage a varied team to deliver best in class finance, administration and compliance for a fast growth business.

Business partner the Board on a range of acquisitions and strategic initiatives and negotiations in the UK and internationally.

Manage a wide variety of external relationships with Investors and stakeholders.



The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced consumer background, ideally media or multi-site businesses. You must be a seasoned Finance Director, with an outstanding academic background. You are likely to be a practice trained Accountant with some acquisitions/negotiations experience as an Finance Director, capable of demonstrating a track record of success in a PE or similar business
