Job Details
The role will involve strong elements of soft skills in managing a team that have been through a significant amount of change within the past few months and similarly to communicate efficiently with cross discipline members of the organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the senior management team, board reporting, audit oversight and financial planning.

Profile
The successful Finance Director:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience supporting a small/medium sized organisation (within the property and housing, construction or relevant sector)
- Examples of supporting and improving a team through a period of change
- Credible in front of boards
- An interest in positive social causes
