Head of Controlling

Head of Controlling for a global manufacturing organisation based in Coventry.

Your new company
A large family owned automotive manufacturing organisation are looking for a Head of Controlling based at their manufacturing plant in Coventry.

Your new role
In this role you will lead a team of 4 accountants to ensure robust controls are in place for the site. You will safeguard the budget, performance and project targets by preparing, analysing and reporting all controlling information to support decision making at a senior level. Through the provision of accurate reporting you will provide recommendations for profit improvement across the Plant and you will support the MD and Director of Finance on all operational and strategic issues.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a fully qualified accountant with a track record of providing a comprehensive controlling support, ideally for a manufacturing plant. Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable and the ability to speak German would be beneficial.
