Your new role
In your new role you will be expected to report to and assist the Cash and Banking manager in daily tasks and the running of a small allocation team. Your key daily responsibilities will be as followed:
- Cash Allocation
- Maintain daily cash records
- Updating cash and banking databases
- Resolve un-allocated or unidentified receipts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Releasing of BACs payments
The duties above are not restricted to other daily tasks such as supporting your manager in other ad-hoc work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you must have prior experience in a cash and banking role, have the ability to plan and prioritise your own work and ideally working towards a professional accounting or cash management qualification.
