Assistant Accountant - £25500 - 12 Month FTC - Immediate Start - Warrington

Your new company

You will be working for a local public sector client who are well established in the area and currently have a requirement for an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team.

Your new role

You will be working for the Finance manager and will be completing accountant duties such as, preparing and producing the monthly accounts, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, pulling reports, updating and streamlining current procedures, assisting with monthly forecasting, budgeting, producing reports for management, analysis of all the ledgers, monthly forecasting and any adhoc duties required from the management team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proficient excel skills, be able to adapt and work with a new system, be able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment, previous assistant accountant experience.
