A growing organisation based in Bilsthorpe are looking to recruit two Finance Assistants on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Officer and working in a team of 6, you will be responsible for reconciliations, sales ledger and purchase ledger. Applicants will ideally be currently studying or fully qualified AAT and have strong IT skills including Excel. Duties include: Reconciling supplier invoices to PO's and GRNs Supplier Statement Reconciliations Raising customer invoices and sending out statements Monitoring customer accounts and debt collection Assisting in the payment runs Reconciliation of petty cash and credit cards Weekly timesheet data entry and reconciliation Any other ad hoc duties This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role they can grow and develop along their career within a friendly and supportive organisation.
