Corporate Finance Manager - Aberdeen £40000 - £60000 A top tier accountancy firm are looking for a Qualified Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic corporate finance team. Within the Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for leading transaction services assignments as well as providing technical service to clients. Requirements for the role.
• Previous corporate finance experience
• Strong technical compliance
• Strong experience handling a large portfolio of clients
• Networking and business development experience
• High attention to detail / strong problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong ability to demonstrate corporate finance transactions
• Knowledge of counting practices and financial analysis Must be fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA (OR SIMILAR) and experience working in Banking, Law or the financial services.
