Graduate ACA or ACMA with manufacturing background High growth subsidiary of manufacturing group A change management and leadership role North West based This is superb career opportunity for a professionally qualified accountant with a background in high volume manufacturing.Our client is a high growth subsidiary producing a broad range of specialist products primarily for the retail sector, it has a constant stream of new product introductions, a reputation for quality and is looking forward to sustained growth and further development.Reporting is to the Managing Director and there is also a strong dotted line into the Group Finance Director.You will work closely with and be part of the senior onsite leadership team and this broad ranging controller role embraces many aspects of change management, cost saving initiatives, systems development, deep and extensive monthly management reporting and importantly driving and embedding a culture of continuous improvement in the finance function.There is also significant involvement in the leadership of an experienced and qualified team together with broad ranging projects relating to internal control systems. The role requires a high quality candidate on an upward trajectory in their career with the headroom to grow. You will need to bring an impressive career to date in a senior finance role in manufacturing. You will have a good university degree and be professionally qualified either ACA or ACMA and your formative career will have been in world-class companies with a large manufacturing footprint. FMCG, food or consumer products are all potentially of interest to the client.
