Immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a temporary role for a client based near Ely, Cambridgeshire. Working within a well established team, you will be required to carry out the following duties:
• Inputting of supplier invoices to the Purchase ledger system
• Matching invoices to Purchase Order Numbers
• Scanning invoices
• Deal with queries
• Assist with setting up supplier payment runs Applications are invited from individuals with the following skills and experience:
• Experience of working with COINS software is a necessity
• Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger role
• Able to deal with high volume of invoices
• Must be able to work accurately under pressure
• Ability to manage own workload to deadlines
