See below for some of the benefits you will receive: Perk Box - See https://help.perkbox.com/perkbox-perks/packages/perks-platinum-package 20 days holiday, accruing annual leave to a maximum of 24 days per yea, Structured career development Competitive salary Charity fundraising events Free Hot Drinks Pension scheme What You Will Be Doing: You will be reviewing sales calls to validate compliance for all sales handling procedures such as adherence to sales training and organisational standards /processes, regulatory standards and requirements Undertaking file reviews to ensure conformance to firm specific standards, current regulatory expectation and in keeping with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Undertaking quality assurance tasks in keeping with the firms Compliance Monitoring Plan Review marketing materials and client communications be they via letter, SMS or e-mail to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures Prepare quality assurance reports, detailing assessment findings and providing tailored MI, for management review and staff feedback Identify trends, issues, and potential operational improvement actions/opportunities Follow up on audit findings to ensure the corrective actions are completed in a timely fashion Ability to undertake focussed/tailored root cause analysis (RCA) Who are we looking for: You will: Be detail orientated with strong listening and analytical skills Have a positive attitude, act honestly and be a team player Have a willingness and ability to take on additional tasks and projects as assigned Be comfortable using basic technology & platforms such as Windows, MS Word, Google, Power-point, Excel etc Have prior call centre experience (Preferred) Need to develop and maintain a broad regulatory awareness as relevant to Acorn's core business areas Key Qualities Auditors must always be able to quickly establish confidence with both individuals and the wider business and need to engage in a controlled and professional manner The ideal candidate must be able to encourage colleagues to embrace, embed and accept potential change Auditors ability to be ordered and organised is crucial to ensure that their case load is managed professionally and completed in a timely fashion Able to work to tight timelines in a disciplined and controlled manner Determined, dedicated and open-minded embracing change and able to make balanced and objective compliance decisions Auditors need to engage and advise across the group at all levels and must be comfortable in delivering clear specific analysis and feedback. A confident communicator who is able to explain regulations or procedures that apply in a variety of circumstances, and the thinking behind your decisions Auditors must be able to write clear reports/summary of findings and recommendations sensitively and respectfully Auditors must evidence an ethical approach to their work and able to adopt a pragmatic approach to problem solving and dispute resolution Summary The ideal candidate must be: Able to work as part of a team and independently Able to work under to tight timescales Able to pay attention to detail Analytically minded Able to multi-task Personable Confident Regulatory aware A strong communicator and able to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing Able to evidence previous sales or customer service experience - desirable BUT not essential Able to evidence previous Insurance experience - desirable BUT not essential ( full training will be provided) Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise own workload effectively Able to demonstrate proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point and Outlook Highly self-motivated A pro-active thinker, able to solve problems independently as they arise
