You will be managing multiple aspects of the financial function, implementing new financial procedures and providing the essential link between the Finance Director and the Operations Team. Some day to day responsibilities include: Implementing a finance management system Managing deposit and rent bank accounts for each site Managing the credit card reconciliation and coding Producing monthly management accounts for each site Commercial unit invoicing and rent collection A successful candidate should have a real estate background, have experience of monthly management accounting, have the ability to work independently and have experience with accounts software and Excel.
