Global Pharmaceuticals Organisation urgently requires a Qualified Senior Financial Analyst based within their Managed Services Team. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial support and business partnering for Managed Services. Duties of the Senior Financial Analyst include: Provide finance support and business partnering for the Managed Service business. Monthly close responsibilities include sales calculation and reporting (including true up for customers), profit & loss preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, capital expenditure analysis and customer KPI's. Responsible for timely financial forecasts and submissions Finance lead for new customer on boarding. Finance lead for future system and process enhancements Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a strong internal control environment e.g. understanding SOPs and updating as necessary, identifying risks and proposing potential solutions. To support the UK Country Tax Centre with the preparation of UK Statutory Accounts and LR Exhibits (Managed Service specific activities) To assist with the annual PWC external audit and internal audit (currently every three to five years). Involvement in/driving standardisation, process improvement & sharing best practice. Promote & support financial awareness and education for business partners. Proactively take responsibility for personal development. Contribute to or lead projects both in finance and across functions. Ad hoc tasks & analysis as required. Knowledge / Experience / Skills required for Senior Financial Analyst: Qualified with professional Accountancy body (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) with min 4 years post qualified experience. 5 years relevant experience working with a finance department. A strong understanding of cash flows and project analysis tools. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with an ability to influence people at all levels. Attention to detail. Highly motivated and proactive. Experience of SAP Advanced spread sheet skills. Ability to contribute and work effectively as part of a team, taking the lead where necessary.
