They have a strong foothold in their sector, a track record of consistent delivery and importantly, it has a very clear ethos and offering, driven by the highly engaging and knowledgeable Senior Management Team. They are seeking a Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), Head of Finance to lead their finance function and work alongside the Group FD. This role will have responsibility for reviewing and improving current procedures and processes, ensuring the delivery of robust and meaningful reporting, assisting with the integration of new divisions, as well as looking at various bespoke projects. It is also essential for the success of this position, that you are prepared to get involved with the daily tasks required and that you are hands-on with the departmental duties. Aside from the commercial involvement, you will also be managing, motivating and developing a small Finance team. You will be an experienced qualified candidate who has the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance contacts both internally and externally. Is this you?
