To be considered for the role, CasonX are looking to identify someone who has gained some experience working with Operational Risk frameworks, and possess an understanding of risks and controls and banking products and processes. Obvious preference will be given to someone who has already worked in an operational risk function and has produced statistical information / management information / project support or framework documentation for a risk focussed function. You will have strong Attention to detail, to pick up on errors and produce accurate work, an appetite for Risk Management and be a driven, ambitious, self-starter who can grasp a concepts quickly and deliver a reasoned investigation and analysis. Preference will be given to those who understand trade finance products and exposure to Basel II, Basel III, Risk and Capital requirements You will be required to assist the Operational Risk team in the identification, monitoring and escalation of Operational Risk items: Supporting the team with by maintaining reports within the Bank's Operational Risk system of issues and actions; tracking actions to completion, and challenging the business on the information captured. Liaising with other areas within the firm to assist in developing a co-ordinated and consistent approach to both the application of the operational risk discipline and resolution of operational risk issues.
