In partnership with a long standing client of ours, CMA Recruitment Group is recruiting a Finance Manager with excellent management skills and a strong operational finance understanding. Reporting to the Finance Director, duties will include: Manage, motivate and develop a team of 5-8 employees primarily within purchase ledger and credit control Review financial data and prepare monthly/annual reports Oversee timely production of purchase and sales ledger reconciliations Bank payments and foreign currency payments Liaison with management accounting team in preparation for year end accounts Weekly credit control review/query handling Support business decision making by providing insightful information to management Process review, development and implementation Wider office duties including facilities management Suitable applicants will offer extensive experience managing transactional finance teams within a medium sized organisation. An excellent understanding of purchase and sales ledger processes, alongside the development of procedures and controls is essential, as is upper intermediate Excel proficiency.
