Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 6 to oversee the consolidation of 3 purchase ledger teams Scanning/invoicing matching system that processes 40,000 invoices per year. Company-wide projects such as- Dual authorisation banking to prevent fraud Inter-company clear-down journals KPI Reporting on Kofax invoice scanning each month Management of company credit/fuel cards and cash expenses Managing monthly payments worth up to £100M per annum to suppliers Monitoring and reviewing the team member's reconciliation of supplier accounts Month end control accounts Multi-currency forecasting in many major currencies including USD, Euro and Sterling.
