Management Accountant (CIMA Finalist / Qualified) Permanent, Full time Dunstable £35k - £40kpa Due to expanding and transitioning from a family business to a corporate company, our client is now looking for a head strong, confident Management Accountant for a full time permanent role based in their Dunstable office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a solid management accounting role, implementing new processes and procedures. You will be managing the day to day running of accounts across 2 companies. The Role Management Accounts Preparation Prepayments and accruals schedule. Maintain the fixed asset register & depreciation. Review schedules up to trial balance. Group Intercompany reconciliation. Preparation/review budget variance analysis with Heads of Departments. Review aged debtors & creditors Management Accounts Pack Complete the management accounts pack, note all of the above including profit and loss and balance sheet. Group (Lucanet) consolidation tool Input. VAT Reconciliation. System and chart of accounts mapping. USD Cashbook Reconciliation Maintain the daily USD cashbook reconciliation. Cash flow forecasting model for USD. Prepare international purchase ledger payments. Sales Reporting Internal weekly/monthly sales reports. External quarterly sales reports. Commercial Analysis Bonus/commission schemes. Pricing and pricing analysis. Rebate agreements. Product and customer analysis. Systems Analysis & Development SAP Concur, create and perform an induction process. Continual improvement and system maintenance. Punctual payment of expenses. Develop nominal ledger investigation skills on Qcode (in house bespoke ERM.) Have experience of automation and be familiar with new financial control or analysis packages / software. Excel in a Practical Environment for Reports Design reports using advanced Excel skills e.g. shortcuts, vlookups and pivot tables. Year End Preparation of year end schedules and liaising with company auditors.
