Our client a leading manufacturing organisation are actively recruiting for a part qualified Assistant Management Accountant to join the team. Based in Boston and reporting to the Head of Finance you will be an integral part in supporting the business and non-finance stakeholders in understanding the performance, productivity and costings of their site / business unit. Duties include: Performance reporting, including daily, weekly and monthly reporting Investigating variance reports for the operational teams including variance analysis Profit and Loss reporting including group submissions and sales variance performance Month End including preparing and posting journals, balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on sales and margin Adhere and monitor controls (commercial and operational) in line with audit requirements / recommendations including keeping the ERP updated and maintained Support with monthly rolling forecast process for senior management with rolling forecasts down to margin level Ideal candidate: Part qualified Accountant - Studying towards an accountancy qualification Experience in daily reports, variance analysis, labour reporting with strong excel experience (Pivots and Look ups) Benefits: Salary up to £25,000 per annum Study support towards CIMA qualification Great opportunity with a growing business offering career progression To register an interest please apply in the first instance and will contact you to discuss the next steps with your application.
