Head of FP&A - London - £110,000-£130,000 Executive Package My large blue-chip client has a requirement for a Head of FP&A to join their business. The organisation requires an overhaul of the FP&A function and working along-side the leadership team you will drive the business planning and reporting for the group function providing high level analysis and deliver commercial commentary. Key Responsibilities - Head of FP&A Partner with the Executive Team to deliver a high performing FP&A function Deliver monthly commentary to support business review and forecasting Leading the strategy on the business planning process Drive business analysis across group and operational functions Drive continuous improvement across the group and operational functions Support the delivery of various change initiatives Strategic modelling to help deliver target business Develop margin and cost analysis models and tools Team management Experience Required - Head of FP&A Significant (5 years) FP&A experience in a large company with a head office function Blue-chip outsourcing or contract led background within a complex business CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or equivalent Experience of a change environment Team management Board level partnering Strong ability to influence Strong attention to detail Team player with personal initiative and drive This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most diverse businesses where there will be a genuine path to further your career in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
