Our client is a Global award-winning Brand Experience Agency that specialises in Sports Marketing based in Central London who are now seeking to recruit an experienced Transaction Manager to take full responsibly for the AP and AR functions, whilst driving significant improvements in processes and procedures to support the business on its next stage of strategic growth. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and a dotted line to the FD your duties will include: Overseeing a team of 4 people Management and development of both AP and AR functions Delivering the creation of an EMEA function Management of cash collection and forecasting processes Introduction of improved methods of working across the entire transaction functions Project management ownership that will see the introduction of a new ERP system Delivery of monthly KPI's Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of people who believes in the empowerment of their team, the ability thrive in an environment of change and previous exposure in managing the modernisation of processes and procedures.
