Growing private equity backed business in Warrington is looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to manage a small team. The role is a hands on and involves the end to end Purchase Ledger process, ensuring invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner. You will ensure invoices are correct on the system, authorised and within procedures, all supplier queries are dealt with effectively and payment preparation. The role also involves co- ordinating the day to day work of two Purchase Ledger Clerks and improving processes were required. You will need to be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, ideally with supervisory experience or you could be a Purchase Ledger Clerk who is looking for a step up into a supervisory capacity. In addition you will need to be an effective communicator, with good interpersonal skills, who can work in changeable environment The role offers a salary of circa £25,000 plus pension , 25 days holiday after 1 years' service (20 days initially ) and free parking on site free parking on site
