Global Organisation is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager r to join their Finance team based in Maidenhead.The Accounts Payable Manager will lead and manage a centralised processing Centre for the purchase to pay function for the European business including expense management. Duties of the Accounts Payable Manager include:
• Manage a central processing team to manage the purchase to pay function for the European business
• Maintain and manage expense management system across Europe in Concur
• Manage the iprocurement process and purchase ledger process in Oracle
• Ensure reconciliations are performed between purchase and general ledgers on a monthly basis for each entity
• Implement and maintain best practice in the purchase to pay function
• Manage master data for the purchase to pay area in Oracle Skills/Knowledge - Accounts Payable Manager
• Good people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills and the ability to use own initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of the Oracle purchase to pay process.
• Analytical problem solving and decisive decision making skills.
• Computer literacy Skills in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English and, preferably, a second European language.
• Minimum of 5 years managing a purchase to pay function
• Experience of working in a large multi-national and multi-currency organisation.
