Very well-respected business who are widely considered to be operating at the top of their trade. Based in the Lincoln area, they are looking for a Head of Finance to help drive financial performance and partner the CEO.
Description
The Head of Finance position encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Drive the financial performance of a large cost base across the divisions of product procurement, manufacturing and supply chain
- Business partner and develop strong relationships with senior leaders across the operational business (manufacturing, logistics, commercial etc)
- Identify opportunities for change and improvement throughout from a financial perspective
- KPI setting for the Finance Managers and operational teams
- Manage budget and forecast process
- Manage period end process, analysing and highlighting trends
- Analyse and investigate potential company investments including CAPEX within manufacturing and supply chain, investment in stock and the launch of new products
- Challenge and guide on finance issues across the business
Profile
- Professionally qualified (eg ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience of product procurement and/or Operations (ie Manufacturing and Supply Chain) desirable but not essential
- Experience of team/performance leadership
Job Offer
