Accounts Payable Executive Experience 3 6 years Job Location - Gurgaon a)Strong Working Knowledge and hands on Experience on QuickBooks. b)Complete knowledge of Accounts Payable process c)Primary Task - Vendor Invoice Processing d)Auditing & Tracking of vendor invoices e)Liaise with supporting teams primarily HR (Onshore & Offshore) on regular basis to ensure all onboarded contractors are being tracked. f)Ensuring smooth payment runs on weekly basis. g)100% Compliance on Payment terms. h)Tracking of no. of vendors & contractors. i)Knowledge of types of contractors in US and their compliances. j)Preparation of month end provisions. k)Handling vendor queries through multiple communications channel. l)Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems m)Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. n)Excellent Knowledge of MS Office specially Excel and PowerPoint. o)Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes. Develop process flows, DTP around the same. Ensure smooth implementation of new processes and filling of process gaps. p)Willing to work in shifts.
