Full time and permanent Assistant Accountant role...exposure to stock control an advantage!

£25-30,000 per annum depending on experience
Are you looking for a role in Rural Pembrokeshire? This is a great opportunity; working for a growing and progressive organisation, you will be providing the full range of bookkeeping and transactional support to the company accountant, liaising with sales administration & logistics, communicating with warehouse and operations to resolve stock queries and discrepancies and communicating with a national customer base.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to;
All day to day transactional processing of sales and purchase ledgers
Raising purchase orders
Processing supplier invoices
Provision of management accounts and reporting
Journals, accruals and prepayments
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Processing employee expenses
Monthly stock counts and subsequent variance analysis.
You will need to be a confident user of SAGE 50 accounts and Sage Payroll, as well as Microsoft Office....particularly Microsoft excel! You will need to be able to create spreadsheets, and use V-lookups and Pivot tables to manipulate and interrogate data!
