Here at XPO, we're recruiting for our new contract, British Gypsum, for a Management Accountant to partner with sites across the network including working closely with the customer and XPO's operational teams and supporting the Finance Manager. What you'll do on a typical day: Working with the sites finance information from weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasting, budgets, KPIs and balance sheet reconciliations along with weekly and monthly customer reporting requirements Building relationships with the customer is key and working within the wider XPO network; regular updates and communication Be an integral part of the site teams, supporting the wider Finance function and delivering accurate information Working as part of a team, supporting one another and your own growth and development as we aim to grow from within What you need to succeed at XPO: You'll be a part qualified CIMA/ ACCA / ACA, accountant Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within transport and logistics Exposure to building strong relationships with both internal and external customers Be part of something big.
