Our new contract British Gypsum is currently recruiting for a commercial Finance Manager to partner with the various customer sites and lead the finance functions, working closely with the customer and operational teams. What you'll do on a typical day: Leading the site's finance from weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasting, budgets, KPIs and balance sheet reconciliations along with weekly and monthly customer reporting requirements Building relationships with the customer is key; regular updates and communication will mean you become their "go-to" for onsite finance Be an integral part of the sites senior management team, making commercially focused decisions with the operation Managing your team, supporting their growth and development as we aim to grow from within What you need to succeed at XPO: You'll be a qualified accountant CIMA/ ACCA / ACA Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within transport and logistics Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers Be part of something big.
