This newly created Tax Manager role in Cambridge represents an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Corporate Tax specialist to make their first move from practice into industry. Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, this role will provide support in all aspects of taxation and will ensure that all UK tax compliance and reporting obligations are met assessing the impact of changes in tax legislation. the postholder will be responsible for the delivery of the UK tax returns and the group statutory reporting processes along with overseeing the tax filings for the overseas territories. The main responsibilities will include: The preparation of the interim and year-end tax provision for UK and Group statutory reporting purposes and disclosures in the group financial statements. The preparation of the transfer pricing calculations for group purposes Managing the preparation and submission of the UK company corporate tax returns The calculation of R&D tax credit.
