Head of Customer Safety (Compliance) Housing Association 9 Month FTC
Salary:
Competitive London/Ashford Applications Close: 27/04/19 About the role Job Role and Requirements: Responsible for all property and estate related contracts and management programmes, ensuring they comply with legal and statutory obligations Review, monitor and implement H&S processes, inclusive of occupational H&S Responsible for project level CDM risk assessments Responsible for contracts & management programmes to provide for the servicing/inspection of gas and other appliances, asbestos, water Benefits: 23 days holiday public holidays and Christmas off Travel expenses covered A great pension scheme Flexible working Travel to work loan Discounted rates on medical insurance Cash claim-back on medical treatments Experience and Skills Required: Experienced and qualified property maintenance professional with detailed knowledge of housing construction, component replacement and budget control and management Experience of undertaking critical path analysis and project programming techniques Significant experience managing capital works contracts and projects Experience of managing and developing teams across different locations Chartered MRICS or MCIOB Valid driving license Able to work flexibly including evening work or weekends Badenoch & Clark We specialise in senior to exec level recruitment across corporate services, asset management & housing development, sales & marketing and care and support roles.
