£19,500 - £21,000 - Development Role Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm Friday 8am - 1.30pm 24 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Free Parking My client based in LE10 are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small friendly accounts team. You will be working along side the Finance Director & Accounts Manager. Due to recent promotion this is an exciting position with room for you to grow and develop with a company that will invest in your future. You really will feel like part of the family working here. Communicate well with people of all levels Work to deadlines Manage your time efficiently Are you resilient Do you have attention to detail Have you a great sense of humour Experience Required:- Bookkeeping / Purchase Ledger/ Sales Ledger / Payroll (Desirable) Duties to include:- Processing credit card payments to Sage 1000, Updating stock records, Bookkeeping for the sister company, process purchase invoices onto Sage, coding correctly and file accordingly, prepare payment run, liaise with all staff members to update holiday/record cards, update record of driving licences for all company car drivers. The role has the potential to lead towards management accounts for the right person. This position would suit someone who has started their AAT journey.
