I am currently partnering with an accountancy practice in Wolverhampton who are seeking an accounts and/or audit professional with practice experience . This practice offers a competitive salary package with 20 days holiday , with a day of holiday added every year after 5 years of service (up to 25 days), a standard pension plan and excellent succession planning . There are six partners at this practice of varying backgrounds and qualifications; one partner being Big 4 trained; another with a specialisation in tax; others with audit specialisms; one who joined the practice at 18, completed their ACCA and built their way up to partnership; and so on. As you can see, this friendly and family-feel practice has excellent opportunities to progress and invest well in their employees and their education. The hours of work are 9-5 with one hour for dinner and there is free on site parking . The partner has relayed to me that they would be particularly interested in seeing CVs of senior accountants (qualified or qualified by experience), part-qualified accountants with practice experience, or audit professionals of any level with practice experience.
