The person will be working with Payroll team as Trainee in Compliance department assisting them completing pre and post payroll activities including generating ad-doc reports to analyze payroll data, checking and online submission of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity etc . This is a 6 months contract job wherein fixed stipend up to Rs 10,000-Rs 12000 per month will be paid to candidates. We may take the person on permanent basis if the person delivers desired results as per the set standard of this profile. This is a bright opening for anyone who has interest to work in India Payroll domain and join industry. The role reports into the Team Leader Responsible Some of the key the responsibilities include the following: Ensuring adherence to the checklist Maintain and publish periodic dashboard, MIS Reports. Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus,Gratuity etc Preparation& checking the documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc. Statutory payments for Salary Submission Of Profession Tax Challan In Every Month Submission Of Professional Tax Returns. Reconciliation of Payroll, Auditing Maintain Alliances with clients at different levels Candidate Profile Must have 1 plus years of overall experience with at least last 6 months working in Accounts or in any payroll. B.com background would be an added advantage Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in worked for India payroll process Personal Characteristics Should have excellent written and spoken English. Motivated, self-starter individual with high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude. Disciplined process oriented work style Able to work effectively under pressure Ability to work equally well either independently or as part of a team Work Timing : (9:30 am 7 pm) Monday- Friday ( Saturday half day) We dont have pick and drop facility.
