Our client, is a highly regarded and successful FTSE 250 retailer based right in the centre of London. Working directly with a senior manager as well as the Group Financial Controller this is a pivotal role in which you will play a key and invaluable role within the team. Key responsibilities include the following Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual consolidated management and statutory reporting under IFRS Management of the half yearly and annual audit process Review of weekly forecasting model and management of risks to cashflow Review of management accounts and ensure compliance with group policies and procedures Review commentary prepared by all global locations across the group and summarise for presentation of relevant Group commentary for the Board Provision of technical support and guidance to various teams within the group On going ad hoc reporting and analysis to support key business decision making Support with on going systems and process improvement as the business continues to grow and invest Provision of direct support to the senior management team in respect of on going ad hoc operational and finance project work Applciants must possess the following A strong academic record; formal accountancy qualification, pref Big 4 but not essential, minimum of 2 years relevant post qualified experience Retail or consumer experience would be useful but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate ACA/ CA who is keen to work as part of a high calibre team of professionals within an incredibly fast paced forward thinking, lively and passionate environment
