As the business is growing, we are looking to appoint an in-house Finance Manager . The role reports to the company Directors and will have significant current and future responsibility. Finance Manager - The Role: The Finance Manager will be expected to put the relevant controls in place and improve the financial reporting function, ensuring there is a proper infrastructure to take advantage of the expected growth. The position will suit a qualified, or qualified by experience accountant with relevant hands-on small to medium size company experience or from a small/medium sized accountancy practice with management accounts experience. This is an excellent time to join this growing business at an exciting time in its development. Initially the Finance Manager will bring the outsourced bookkeeping function back in-house and set up systems and procedures for the complex month end reporting processes. This is a sole charge role which includes full responsibility for: The production of the monthly management accounts Budgeting and forecasting Cash flow management Bank reconciliations VAT returns Liaising with the Auditors Payroll Workplace Pensions Administration Finance Manager - Our ideal candidate will have: ACCA certification Extensive experience of Xero Experience of submitting VAT returns Experience of working with CRM systems Knowledge of partial exemption rules Knowledge of property transactions (buying / selling / letting) Knowledge of Joint Venture Partnership accounting If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on "Apply" today and forward an up to date copy of your CV along with a Covering Letter in the first instance.
