SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who is immediately available to join a well established business in Telford on a temp to perm basis. You will be working as part of a small friendly accounting team where you will be overlooking for the day to day running of the accounts payable function. You will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable, processing up to 1500 invoices per month. Your role will involve; entry of approved and coded supplier invoices to Sage, reviewing PO's and ensuring accurate VAT and GL coding , approving invoices, reconciling supplier statements. The ideal candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable dealing with high volume invoices. have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage and prioritise your workload to ensure that deadlines are met. Ideally you will have previously worked in an automotive and manufacturing industry, used Sage 200 and have good knowledge of Excel.
