- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Book Keeping
- Processing of vendor payments & their cheques
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Bank reconciliations, payables and cash reconciliations
- Maintaining records of vouchers and bills/ invoices.
- Communication with the bank
- Make entries into the Quick books
- Excellent command in excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks
