Accounts Assistant required in our office situated in New Muslim town. Minimum Education required is B Com & M Com. Experience of 0 to 2 years.

Job Description
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Book Keeping
  • Processing of vendor payments & their cheques
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Bank reconciliations, payables and cash reconciliations
  • Maintaining records of vouchers and bills/ invoices.
  • Communication with the bank
  • Make entries into the Quick books
  • Excellent command in excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be able to handle multiple tasks
