Permanent Accounts Assistant Job, Based on the Outskirts of Manchester City Centre

Your new role
This is an all round Accounts Assistant role where you are expected to get involved in all aspects of the finance function as and when required. Your main duties consist of; credit control, processing invoices, supplier payment runs, manage company expenses, post incoming cash, supplier statement reconciliations, inter company reconciliations, credit notes, review credit notes, ad hoc admin, preparing monthly payment runs, suggest areas of improvement, raise invoices, and cover for the head accountant as and when required. This is a full time permanent role where you can work either 8-4 or 9-5 depending on what works best for you.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have a strong all round bookkeeping background and have ideally used Sage before. Good excel skills and the ability to work under pressure is an essential.
