Your new role as a Cost Accountant will be working for the UK's largest manufacturer and supplier in concrete goods. They are a large organisation but still run and have the values of a small family owned business. This is a good opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop and in the future take on a larger and more senior role within the business.

Your new role
This is a really exciting opportunity for an aspiring Accountant to join a fast paced but family friendly company who are looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team. This is a newly created role due to growth and your main responsibilities will include compiling month end, produce figures and be able to explain them to team, contract evaluations. stock, purchase, kpi's and month end reports, cost reviews and getting heavily involved in making commercial decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will ideally have manufacturing experience, the ability to hit the ground running and be able to cope with various responsibilities. You will be passionate about progressing and have the drive and ambition to help develop the site as it continues to grow.
