Grafton Banks Finance is working exclusively with a leading insurance group to recruit a Group Financial Controller. Following significant growth in the past two years the Group CFO has taken the opportunity to create this new leadership role. To be considered for the role you will be a technically strong accountant with experience of managing finance teams in a financial management or controller role. ACA qualified from practice is preferred although not essential and group finance experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate will ensure the group operates within a framework of robust financial controls, procedures and policies. You will lead preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and deal with all regulatory requirements across the group including risk management and governance. You will also be involved in adding value and providing insightful analysis to aid decision making.
