CMA Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting our Basingstoke based client to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Reporting to the Financial Controller this role will take responsibility for the management of a shared Purchase Ledger function for all the companies in the Group. Key areas of responsibility will include: Lead and develop the accounts payable team; Co-ordinate team efforts between AP and Purchasing for all new vendor set-ups; Assist with month end accounting and reconciliation procedures; Oversee the preparation of payment runs; Develop, recommend and implement controls and best practice to improve efficiencies; Oversee the end to end process for employee expenses. Candidates will have previous proven experience in Accounts Payable and of supervising a team. Strong communication skills are essential and experience of SAP would be an advantage.
