The role will partner the MD, Finance Director, Technical Director, Sales Director and senior managers on commercial issues and provide the Chairman with assurances that key financial issues are dealt with in a swift and comprehensive manner. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing quality financial information which assists business decisions, ensuring compliance with all statutory reporting requirements and that the management reports are produced on a timely basis. Applicants will be qualified with a proven track record in a privately owned business. Sector experience in manufacturing which has involved the concept of WIP would be beneficial. This is an operational finance role and applicants should be outstanding in this area of their career with an evident capability of adding value and have the ability to see the wider picture. Strong leadership and people skills are sought, with the ability to achieve successful outcomes through teams and coach staff in financial and commercial issues.
