Ideally, you'll be studying AAT, or looking to pick up CIMA/ACCA. The Role As Accounts Assistant, you'll work closely with both the Management Accountant and Finance Manager in this tight-knit, forward thinking team. Responsibilities include - but won't be limited to: Data Entry Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts Entering Purchase Invoices in Xero Processing Petty Cash Processing Staff Expenses Liaise with colleagues regarding company spend transactions Company point of contact for supplier queries Create bi weekly payment runs Any other ad hoc duties as required Your Profile Ideally you'll be studying AAT or looking to pick up CIMA/ACCA having studied Accounting/Finance at university. You'll ideally boast a working knowledge of Purchase/Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and be proficient in Excel. You'll be personable, hardworking and computer literate.
