Our client is a high profile Bank based in Edinburgh. Due internal mobility they have a requirement for an accomplished recently qualified accountant to join the team. Where you will be responsible for the consolidation and production of monthly MI to support the area and to the wider group. This is an exceptionally high profile role with exposure to all business areas you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to gain trust and develop relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in delivering the MI requirements
• Maintain and update monthly reporting databases
• Undertake more detailed analysis exercises
• Assist in supporting the input to the year end, half year and quarterly external reporting processes
• Develop and maintain valuable working relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist in the development within the team of MI models and processes to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business
• Ad hoc assignments and reviews as required Ideally you will be a recently qualified accountant (ACCA, CA or CIMA) with proven skills in reporting and meeting deadlines. As well as being a strong communicator with good relationship management skills, and the ability and confidence to present to and influence senior management.
