Job Description Altus Partners have partnered with a Leading Private Equity Firm that is looking for a Fund Financial Controller to join them and take full responsibility for the finance function surrounding the funds. The role will be leasing with senior finance stakeholders and working closely with the Group function. The Requirements The Fund Financial Controller will be responsible for the oversight of the funds' accounting, consolidation and other regulatory reporting requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of the fund's financial Model. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the production of all NAVs and financial statements, audit management and tax filings Respond to and develop processes/procedures around external investor queries and internal investor relations demands Working closely with the Investment team Communicating with Senior Stakeholders and being main point of contact for Fund Board matters Overview of the preparation of all investor financial and ad hoc reporting Overview of the Fund analysis and dealing with regulatory reporting Review and understand the detail behind the fund valuation Responsible for technical matters in relation to the complex accounting, including broader fund matters which impact the Fund's financial records Skills and Experience 5 years PQE in a similar environment in financial services Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA (or equivalent) Excellent technical accounting skills combined with good attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines. Assist with service provider relationships and the development of their services
