The role is fast paced and demanding, so you must be able to work well under pressure. You must be a Part-Qualified/Qualified Accountant, and it is essential that you have previous experience of managing the accounts for various entities within the group. Duties
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Management reporting on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
• Cash flow reporting
• Spend reporting and reporting on profits per project
• Preparation for EOY audit & dealing with auditors
• Identify way to reduce costs through reporting
• Making payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with all invoice queries
• Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
• Chasing missing invoices
• Credit control for overdue customer balances
• Additional ad hoc duties About you:
• Minimum of 7 years experience within a Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller capacity
• Minimum of 7 years experience with Management Accounts
• Prevoious experience of working for a small business
• Strong IT skills - MS Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tales)
