The ability to deliver change quickly, efficiently and safely is key to delivering growth and profitability in the highly competitive UK mortgage market Previous experience working in retail banking and/or mortgage lenders paired with Experience of Mortgages Products or Secured Loan s is essential to the role. As a start-up business, the change agenda is considerable and will need to be expertly defined and managed as we grow the business, expand our product offering and refine our Target Operating Model. Responsibilities:
Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate and validate proposed solutions Obtains key inputs from the technology teams to ensure they align with the business requirements and are 'fit for purpose' Proactively investigate and resolve issues Liaise with third parties to manage delivery and identify any key dependencies Build system and domain knowledge to become a Change SME across the Target Operating Model Clearly articulate and document business requirements and 'to be' processes Assess the risk of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands Strong stakeholder management utilised to capture requirements and business needs Knowledge of regulatory controls, customer conduct & successful outcomes Basic IT domain experience in one or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Vendor Management, ITIL Time Al
