A Global and Lloyd's Market Insurance Broker is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst- OpenTWINS (6 Month Contract) This role is required to work with business users to assist with the transition from its current broking application to the latest version of the system (OpenTWINS). Key Accountabilities: Analyse current business process within each division and identify changes necessary to accommodate the new system. Producing documentation for new processes and procedures. Supporting the implementation of the new processes and procedures throughout User Acceptance Testing. Assistance with user support and logging issues throughout User Acceptance Testing. Helping with data migration reconciliation and investigation of issues where required. Gathering reporting requirements and supporting developers of new BI reporting tool. Co-ordinating activities of project team members to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Knowledge & Skills: Experienced business analyst with an insurance (ideally broking) background. Analysis experience on Broking System projects. Experience of OpenTWINS would be a definite advantage. Engage with users and senior stakeholders. Work closely with third party suppliers. An appreciation of current IT technologies and able to discuss and explain to Stakeholders with limited technical knowledge. Authority and skill to establish good working relationships at all levels of seniority within the company. Takes initiative when appropriate and ensures that the correct people are involved to reach a suitable decision.
