Are you are a proactive worker with experience in customer services or within a finance team looking for a new challenge, apply here today Duties include: Liaising with German Buying Groups to ensure invoices efficiently Allocating BACS payments and cheques accurately on the customer's accounts Proactively calling customers and ensuring prompt collection of outstanding debts Ensuring credit notes are raised once investigated and deemed correct Taking credit card payments over the phone Keeping managers informed of any account issues and potential risks that may effect the business Extracting credit reports where required The successful candidate will be: Fluent speaking English and German Experienced within customer services or a finance team An excellent communicator with high standard of customer service Impeccably organised with ability to balance varied workload Driven by a fast paced/dynamic environment with a "can do" attitude This is a fast paced role within a renowned fashion brand with lots of opportunity for personal growth as well as development and training.
