To £125,000 Bonus Benefits Business Services/Consultancy London The Company Based in central London our client is currently seeking a qualified Commercial Financial Controller to manage the day to day accounting and also support both Group, and UK lead partners with strategic decisions. This is an operationally focussed role with a real variety of duties and activities, suiting a proactive Accountant with demonstrable experience of working within a challenging and fast-paced environment. The Role Working closely with the COO to maintain and improve an effective and fully responsive finance function, you will be responsible for managing the accounts growing divisions. Being a key member of the finance team you will also play an active role in monthly management meetings delivering on specific projects for the firm, alongside the day to day production of both management and financial accounts. The ability to be "hands on", become involved in all aspects of the finance function, and add real value is all essential elements of the day-to-day role. With some interesting projects on the horizon, this is a great stepping stone into a future "number 1" role. The Candidate With experience of working in an entrepreneurial, growing, ever changing business, you will be a "hands on" qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA ideally with knowledge of the professional services sector. As a dedicated, goal oriented and results driven individual you will have an understanding of the challenges and requirements of a growing business and an innovative approach to problem solving and new opportunities. You will support the senior management team often sitting in on meetings for your division and stepping in for the financially focused COO as required.
