Insure Recruitment are working alongside one of our leading clients in their search for a Head of Project Management. The Head of Project Management is responsible for the co-ordination and successful delivery of the Groups business change portfolio of projects, managing their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks, issues and budget. Your role will be diverse and at times you will be expected to act in the role of a Programme Manager co-ordinating the delivery of the change agenda. Further duties shall include:
• Planning and designing of the change portfolio proactively managing progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the portfolio of projects focusing inwardly on the coherence of its individual projects with future infrastructure and technical planning. The ideal applicant will come from an insurance background managing projects ideally within commercial vehicle insurance and have a good understanding of the motor insurance market.
